  2. We do not allow any non-defective returns, if for some reason a non-defective return is processed they are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
  3. A test bench of $25.00 will be assessed to defective claims where product proves to be in working condition.
  4. RMA number assigned is valid for 21 Calendar days.
  5. Visually damaged Products, miss-shipments and short-shipments claims must be made with the shipping company the date of receipt (FedEx or UPS etc...).
  6. Custom, Closeouts, OEM and Specialty Orders are excluded from this RMA Policy (they are "AS IS")
  7. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: All products that have or offer a limited lifetime warranty unless otherwise stated. Limited lifetime warranty is for repair or replacement only and does not cover products no longer stocked by the manufacturer and/or Citrus Micro LLC.
  8. Outdated technology no longer available on the common market as a new product is not covered by the limited lifetime warranty provided by Manhattan and Intellinet. The limited lifetime warranty is valid for the original buyer and is not transferable. Limitation of liability, any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Intellinet and Manhattan liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.
Citrus Micro LLC reserves the right to reject any merchandise that does not comply with this policy.
