Return Policy

All items carry full manufacturer support and warranty. Under this policy all items are non-refundable, and this supersedes all other return policies other than "as is".

Any item that is deemed defective may be returned (to the manufacturer) for a replacement or repaired (see manufacturer warranty terms), requests for refunds will not be granted.

If a item is returned (to Citrus Micro) for a replacement for some reason, but no problems are found, the item will be returned at the buyer's expense.

You should be certain in your decision to purchase items and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.

A defective item that is returned for a replacement (to Citrus Micro) may be repaired or replaced at Citrus Micro's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. We strive to uphold our standard RMA processing time for these types of items; however, in some situations the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs.

Technical Support does not offer any sort of technical assistance. We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations, provide technical support or sales advice. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted at Citrus

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund* (*please see return policy). Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 21 days for the time of the order being placed. Refunds are for Store credit ONLY and on sealed new product/items/boxes. All items carry Manufacturer Warrant and Support only.
